We’re creating a platform for a new generation of psychometric driven recruitment platforms with experiences designed to give people the ability to choose how they want to work. The WottCareers platform will be launching early next year and will initially target job seekers wanting to learn more about themselves. We’re looking for passionate, creative designers and developers to create these experiences.
If you join our program, you will not only help us pioneer a new category of recruitment experiences, but will also access tools and documentation, which has been purpose built for disrupting the industry.
We’ve spent the last three and a half years experimenting with the most effective ways to quickly and robustly find the ideal people for any organisation and for job seekers to find the ideal role. Our team of highly regarded academics, developers and creatives have worked tirelessly to consolidate this information, along with countless other sources, to create a simple how-to guide for developers of all persuasions.
The platform will rank jobseekers as judged by the results of psychometric testing by job seekers to effective roles. There are already a number of talented individuals working on launch psychometric tests, and better communication systems of their own for the platform and we can’t wait to see the kind of experiences that they’ll create!
